In a bit over a week it will be Thanksgiving already. Normally I feel like life goes by so fast but these past months it seems like life is going by so slow.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Blessed Thanksgiving. God Bless our country and I thank God for everything he has done for me and my family. I pray blessings for you and your family as well.

Well here is a new suncatcher I made this morning. I have wanted to make it for a week or two but life gets so busy. A few weeks ago I had a special order to make a suncatcher for Kristen a mom to a baby boy with Autism. I made it up for her. I thought it was so cute and such a thoughtful idea. She wanted an angel at the top. I made them for her and sent them off to her, she said she liked them.  Then I decided to make up my own idea using the angel at the top. Here is my finished result. I will be working on a Down Syndrome Suncatcher next. I made the suncatcher with beautiful Swarovski Crystal Beads in all kinds of shapes using the colors for Autism. I notice sometimes green is used as well as other colors. So I included a gree bead to use in place of the big clear bead at the top if you choose.  

A word about contributions. I give a portion of all the sales from my website to different causes. One that is near and dear to my heart is the American Cancer Society. Having a son that has recovered from Lymphoma, a mother who survived Breast Cancer and a father who died from Kidney cancer this is a special cause for my family, as I am sure we all know someone who has suffered cancer. After gone missing for a few weeks busy with many outside and unrelated happenings I found a few moments to post in this blog about the new suncatchers I just made!

I made this gorgeous Fall Leaf Necklace with Earrings and never had time to post about it in here last week. I posted it on my Etsy site.

We took some time last week to spend with our granddaughter and took her to North Shore Lake Tahoe. There is a beautiful beach there and it’s a great place to take the family for a day at the beach and picnic lunch. The sand is soft and it’s gorgeous there.
After we play on the beach and in the lake we go for a walk and have some Dryers Ice Cream. She loves to go and it’s kind of a special thing my husband and I do with her now each year.
We all love going each year. For us it’s less then a 2 hour drive. My granddaughter and I also went to the zoo one day and made some candy. She starts back to school tomorrow.
